When you enter our store, grab a yellow bag or cart and view our 47 room sets that represent our Charlotte market, whether it’s a modern look you are after or maybe a more traditional style, we have all the solutions you need so you can feel organized and calm in your home. Then make your way to the Market Hall, where you will find the latest in textiles, dinnerware, lighting, storage, and home décor.

IKEA kitchen experts will come to your home, measure and assess your space, and handle all the planning for $199. The initial appointment may last up to four hours and requires a follow-up session (in-store or online) to finalize your design and complete your purchase. Best of all, the $199 fee is applied toward your qualifying kitchen Installation service.

• Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
• We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
• Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.

Where to go

For curbside pick-up:

1. Follow signs to the online order pick-up area located at the beginning of the loading zone.
2. Back your vehicle into one of the designated spots and check-in.
3. If loading assistance is needed, please ensure vehicle is ready.

For in-store pick-up:

1. Enter through the store entrance and turn left. (If entering through the store exit, turn right)
2. Proceed to the online order pick-up counter to pick-up your order.

• Can I bring my pet to the store?

  We love pets, but we don't allow them in our stores. We do welcome fully trained, ADA-qualified service animals to shop with you. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

• Does IKEA Charlotte offer special parking?

  We offer family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker. We have many handicapped parking spots near the store entrance. 

• Does IKEA Charlotte have electric vehicle (EV) charging stations?

  We currently have 2 EV charging stations located near the store entrance. 

• Are wheelchairs available for customers to use while shopping?

  We have wheelchairs available upon request in our Store Entrance Lobby. Our greeter will gladly assist you! 

• Are motorized scooters available for customers?

  No, but we do have wheelchairs available upon request in our Store Entrance Lobby. 

• What services do you offer for customers shopping with children?

  At IKEA Charlotte, we strive to keep the importance and needs of families top of mind. Here are a few examples of simple ways we try to make your visit to IKEA Charlotte a great one!

  • We offer family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker.
  • We offer baby care rooms in the hallway next to the restaurant, and downstairs at the store entrance lobby. Our baby care rooms offer a diaper changing space along with a comfortable space if you need to feed your little one.
  • We offer shopping strollers with a seat for your little one, a hook for your bags, and a place to hang your big yellow bag. These shopping strollers make navigating the store much easier.
  • Throughout the year, we offer many Family-friendly activities, workshops and events for our IKEA Family members! Not a member? Sign up today!
  • In the Restaurant we offer kids meals and highchairs.
