Our new showroom is open! We're still putting a few finishing touches here and there but all the products are now where they belong. There are lots of new products to see, and home furnishing inspirations for a better everyday life at home. 

Click & Collect Order Pick-Up

What you need to know

• Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
• We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
• Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.

Where to go

Curbside pick-up:

1. Take the first left turn prior to the IKEA flags and follow the signs for the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up to the underground parking garage.
2. Drive through the entrance of the underground parking garage and turn right. Park in one of the designated spots in the lower level in Sections K and check-in. 
3. Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.

In-store pick-up:

1. Drive up the ramp to the Upper Level parking lot and park in the Click & Collect parking area and check-in. We'll text when your order is ready.
2. Enter through the Exchanges & Returns Entrance.
3. Turn left and proceed to the Click & Collect Pick-Up Counter to pick-up your order.

• Can I bring my pet to the store?

  We love pets, but we don't allow them in our stores. We do welcome fully trained, ADA-qualified service animals to shop with you. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

• Does IKEA Stoughton offer special parking?

  We offer family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker. We offer many handicapped parking spots at the Store Entrance, and throughout the front area of our main parking lot.

• Does IKEA Stoughton have electric vehicle (EV) charging stations?

  We currently offer 3 EV charging stations located to the left of the entrance. With additional stations going in later this year.

• Are wheelchairs available for customers to use while shopping?

  We have wheelchairs available upon request in our Store Entrance Lobby. Our greeter will gladly assist you!

• Are motorized scooters available for customers?

  No, but we have wheelchairs available upon request in our Store Entrance Lobby. 

• Where can Click & Collect orders be picked up?

  The Click & Collect Order Pick-Up areas can be found in the western part of the garage in rows M and N. 

• What services do you offer for customers shopping with children?

  At IKEA Stoughton we strive to keep the importance and needs of families top of mind. Here are a few examples of simple ways we try to make your visit to IKEA Stoughton a great one!

  • We offer family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker.
  • We offer shopping strollers in our Market Hall. With a seat for your little one, a hook for your bags, and a place to hang your big yellow bag- these shopping strollers make navigating the store much easier.
  • We offer family restrooms in the hallway next to the restaurant, in the lobby, in our showroom, and the entrance lobby. Our baby care rooms offer a diaper changing space along with a comfortable space if you need to feed your little one.
  • Did you forget the diaper bag in the car? Our family restrooms also have diaper dispensers.
  • Throughout the year, we offer many Family-friendly activities, workshops and events for our IKEA Family members! Not a member? Sign up today!

  IKEA Stoughton is located just off of route 24 off of exit 35B. Take a right onto Stockwell Drive and IKEA will be all the way at the end just past the rotary.

• Is IKEA Stoughton nearby any landmarks?

  IKEA Stoughton is located just 21 miles south of Boston, 40 miles north of Providence and 50 miles north of Cape Cod. 

• How far is the store from the center of the city?

  IKEA Stoughton is located 21 miles south of Boston center and 43 miles north of Providence. 

• Are there drop off/pickup points available for ride share services?

  No, however, our store is accessible to Uber, LYFT and other 3rd party ride share services.
